Photo Projects
The ‘Digital Shadow’ project is a capture of a stage performance featuring a human actor (Natalia Sakowicz) and a generative model (created by Sefa Sagir). The model precisely mimics the movements on stage, creating geometric shapes and sequences of numbers and letters. The project is inspired by the theatre and dance work of Oskar Schlemmer, a Bauhaus experimentalist. The performer’s movements triggered the generative model. With each repetition, the performance became more mechanical and robotic. Ultimately, an unusual relationship emerged between human and technology. The project examines the ‘personality’ of the generative model in the context of the opportunities and threats of its use. Is technology just a backdrop for the performer, or is it an equal partner? Does the use of new technology, including artificial intelligence, support the human creator, or is it quite the opposite?
The project is a part of the exhibition following the “Reinterpretacje” workshop organised by the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute.

In this project, I am exploring urban spaces that constitute a “Third Landscape”- areas of unmanaged greenery that are often neglected or abandoned, yet rich in biodiversity. Left to its own devices without human interference, nature has reclaimed forgotten buildings, unfinished construction sites, disused railway infrastructure, vacant plots, and former industrial sites. The Third Landscape stands in stark contrast to its surroundings, forming green oases amid increasingly dense urban development. These spaces are invaluable to local residents seeking areas for recreation, walking, or socializing.
When travelling through the southern outskirts of Warsaw, it is impossible to tell exactly when one is leaving the city. The suburban landscape changes gradually, displaying both urban and rural characteristics. A defining feature of this area is the bypass road – it marks an informal boundary that is not clearly defined. This project attemps to create a diverse picture of the suburban landscape in social, economic and environmental contexts.
